I work with clients seeking meaningful and deeper resolutions to their issues, whether those involve relationship challenges, mood changes, trauma, existential concerns, or a desire for self-understanding. Together, we can explore the underlying causes of these struggles using a psychodynamic approach, with the aim of helping you gain insight, heal past wounds, change patterns, and move towards a more authentic, fulfilling life.
I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental, compassionate space for you to explore and welcome all parts of you, and work through difficult experiences, so you can reconnect with yourself and others.
I provide psychodynamic psychotherapy to individuals facing challenges such as relationship challenges, attachment issues, anxiety, OCD, stress, grief, burnout, depression, addiction, personality disorders and trauma.
As an experienced psychotherapist, I offer one-on-one counselling online or in-person sessions in Dublin 2, Ireland.

In-person sessions in Dublin City Centre: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.
Online Sessions in Ireland & The U.K : Monday & Tuesday.
