I work with clients seeking meaningful and deeper resolutions to their issues, whether those involve relationship challenges, mood changes, trauma, existential concerns, or a desire for self-understanding. Together, we explore the underlying causes of these struggles using an integrative approach, drawing from various modalities, with the aim of helping you gain insight, heal past wounds and patterns, and move towards a more authentic, fulfilling life.
I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental, compassionate space for you to explore your inner world, work through difficult experiences, so you can reconnect with yourself and others.
I provide psychotherapy to individuals facing challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, stress, grief, burnout , depression, personality disorders and trauma.
As an experienced psychotherapist, I offer one-on-one counselling online or in-person sessions in Dublin 2, Ireland.

In-person sessions in Dublin City: Thursday 12 p.m - 9 p.m & Friday 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Online Sessions in Ireland & The U.K : Tuesday & Wednesday, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
